I am formally educated in leadership, management, strategy and organisational coaching.  Beyond my qualifications, I have extensive real world experience leading and transforming organisations in both the public service and the military.  I have led several strategic and departmental reviews  including of Australia's Veteran Support System,  Australia's Strategy in Afghanistan and Recruitment and Retention in the Department of Defence.  I am a humble leader who believes in the power of motivated people  and cohesive teams to deliver sustainable results.
